Uberrimae Fidei reserve the right to postpone a course in the event of unforeseen events. Should this happen alternative dates will be given by the company. In the event of a delegate being unhappy with the training provided and requesting a full refund of training fees then written notice must be sent to the registered office; Uberrimae Fidei Ltd., 8 Newton Rd, Faversham, Kent, ME13 8DY within 5 days of completing the course and by means of recorded delivery. The offer of refund does not include any fees payable to IFS nor accommodation costs. Should any refunds be made then the offers of a free resit fee (CeFA® 1) and the right to resit the course will be withdrawn by the company.
The offer of a free resit on CeFA® 1 applies to those delegates who have passed the internal mock exam and who have taken the CeFA exam within 2 weeks of completing the course (unless otherwise agreed by the company). The offer only applies to part 1 of the exam, those delegates who do not pass unit 2, subject to the above conditions will be refunded 50% of the resit fee.
We now offer a finance option to make your CeFA training more affordable. You can now spread the cost of your full CeFA training and accommodation over a 10 month period with a typical APR of 0%.
The typical example below is for a CeFA training course to include both a 4 day CeFA 1 course which is £395 and a 5 day CeFA 2, 3 & 4 course which is also £535, £930 in total.
Example 1 – Full CeFA Course
- CeFA training fees £930
- Administration fee £ 20
- Interest @ 0% £ 0
- Total Cost £950
- Balance Outstanding £950
- £95 x 10 monthly payments would then be required from the delegate to pay the amount in full
Note:
Missed or late payments will render the agreement invlaid and the full outstanding balance would become payable immeaditely. In addition this could affect a person’s credit rating and could affect the ability of that person to work in the financial services industry as it could result in failing the FSA’s “fit and proper test” which every advisor needs to pass.
