Residential CeFA Course.

Why a residential IFS learning course?

It is rare for financial services courses, other than those of one day, not to be residential. Being a residential course means that you are away from the distractions of everyday life and can concentrate fully on your IFS learning with no need for early starts or difficult journeys into the training centre. It also means that the course tutors are on hand to answer your questions whenever they arise.

Where are they held?

Our CeFA training courses are held in the historic market town of Faversham, Kent, close to the beautiful city of Canterbury with all its attractions and just 40 miles from London. Obviously, people can choose to attend on a daily basis and not stay. If you would like your course to be closer to you please contact us and we will try to assist.

What are the costs?

We can provide all accommodation including all meals and refreshments for £129 for CeFA 1, £129 and £149 for the CeFA 2, 3 & 4 course. As always, there is no VAT to pay on our prices and is paid for during your course.

Tell me about your trainers

Currently we have a pool of 5 trainers. As well as being experienced financial trainers, they all have worked within financial services actually doing the jobs. We feel this is important as it means that as well as helping you get through the CeFA exam, our trainers explain the reasons behind the answers to the CeFA exam papers, giving you a clearer understanding.

What jobs have they done?

The list of positions they have worked in is quite extensive: mortgage advisor, bank manager, broker consultant, financial advisor, sales manager. Likewise the companies they have worked for have all been impressive: HSBC, NatWest, Royal Sun Alliance, Your Move, Fox & Sons, Royal Bank of Scotland. As we say, quite extensive, which means that they can bring their experiences and knowledge into the classroom.

What about the after course back up?

All of our trainers are available via email to answer any of the questions you may have forgotten to ask during the training course. We also welcome delegates to attend the course again, if they wish to help with their understanding, free of charge. Help is also available for career guidance and employment placement.
